About Me! Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Tricia Chatfield. I am a former sufferer of more aches and discomfort than I care to admit.  It all started when I was 7 years old and went head first into the windshield. 

 I spent most of my adult life searching for answers that only gave me temporary relief.  What made the biggest difference for me was learning to work WITH my body by listening to its signals.  Thats what yoga and my Yoga Therapy training taught me.    I’ve been teaching yoga and the techniques that resolved my issues  for over 20 years. I’ve got some suggestions to get you started on the road to recovery with these quick-acting, gentle movements. I’ll also explain what made the biggest difference for me and changed my mind about how to approach resolving my discomfort.
